Jefferson Dental Adds The Smile Center and its Six Locations

Jefferson Dental Care (JDC), a portfolio company of Brentwood Associates, has acquired The Smile Center, a dental support organization with six affiliated clinics throughout San Antonio.

The Smile Center’s six affiliated clinics provide a broad range of services, including oral exams, cleanings, and a variety of other dental procedures. Established in 2005 by Dr. Stephen Simpton and his wife, Abby, The Smile Center grew from one to six practices across the San Antonio region.  These six practice locations in San Antonio include Las Palmas, Military Plaza, W.W. White, Park North, Walzern, and Marbach.

Founded in 1967, Jefferson Dental Care is a dental support organization with affiliated clinics throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio metropolitan areas of Texas. Jefferson’s affiliated clinics offer a broad range of general dentistry, orthodontic, and other specialty dental services to its patients through its state-of-the-art facilities. Over the past 50 years, Jefferson has grown from a single location in Oak Cliff to a network of 64 clinics. Jefferson’s core mission is to enhance the dental health and well-being of its patients by providing quality dental services in a professional and caring environment.
