‘INC 5000 2017’ lists Dental Group Practices & DSOs Among fastest-growing private companies in America

The Inc. 5000 annual list of fastest growing privately held companies is out and there are 20 dental companies on the list this year.  Out of those 20, 14 are dental care providers with a mix of DSOs, single location dental practices, and dental group practices.  We included not only dental support organizations and dental group practices on our abbreviated list, but other dental related companies that dental groups and DSOs may partner with for services and/or products.

Several of these dental support organizations made headlines on Group Dentistry Now recently.  Read the stories on Heartland Dental [HERE], Pacific Dental Services [HERE], Mortenson Family Dental [HERE], and Spring & Sprout [HERE].

Some other important takeaways from the list this year are the lesser known, but fast growing DSOs, dental group practices and dental practices that made the list.

Strong Smile Dental has 2 practice locations in Maryland.  One in Edgewater and the other location in Odenton.

Peak Dental Services, a dental support organization based in Colorado currently has 18 locations with more on the way.

Light Dental Studios has been in business since 1971 and has nine locations in the south Puget sound area of Oregon.

btyDENTAL has eight practice locations in Anchorage Alaska.

Aces Dental has a location in Las Vegas and another in North Las Vegas.

The Center for Cosmetic & Family Dentistry located in the panhandle area of Florida has a location in Destin as well as a location in Panama Beach.

Stonebriar Smile Design is a fast growing single practice location in Frisco Texas.

Just Smiles Dentistry run by Dr. Phil Chahine has three locations in Ohio.

Spodak Dental Group celebrated its 40th anniversary last year.  The dental group operates out of a single location in Delray Beach Florida.

Sala Family Dentistry another fast growing single location dental practice that made the list is located in Reno Nevada.
