Great Expressions Dental Centers Promotes 18-year Company Veteran to President

Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), a dental support organization headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, recently announced the promotion of Greg Nodland to president. As president, the 47-year-old will lead strategy surrounding the company’s continued commitment to providing high quality care to patients, as well as the organization’s ongoing growth.

He began his career with GEDC in 1999 as CFO where he led overall financial operations and managed IT and accounts receivable departments. In 2013, Nodland became their COO and was responsible for oversight of the company’s offices, office processes, regional directors and staff development. During his tenure with GEDC, the organization has added over 250 offices and increased the number of patients it serves to 120,000 per month.

A certified public accountant and graduate of Michigan State University, Nodland currently serves on the Winning Futures board. Winning Futures is an award-winning non-profit organization that empowers youth to succeed through mentoring, strategic planning, and workforce preparation. They transform high school students across metro Detroit into becoming self-reliant, employable, productive adults. They help them see the path to a purposeful career and assist them in creating the road map to get there. Since 1994, they have impacted 46,000 students and awarded $1.8M in scholarships to mentees.
