Program Phases:

Phase 1: ONLINE
65 hours (remote); approximately 8-10 weeks to complete

Phase 2: DIDACTIC
24 hours (in person); 3.5 contiguous days with dates listed below

Phase 3: CLINICAL
20 patients (in person); 4 contiguous days with flexible scheduling

Phase 4: SUPPORT
ongoing, as-needed; monthly calls to go over cases

Live Didactic Training Dates:

• October 18-21 (2024)
• December 6-9 (2024)
• March 7-10 (2025)
• June 6-9 (2025)
• September 12-15 (2025)

Note: All of the above training dates are held in Cincinnati, OH except for the July 18-20 cohort. The July training is in Philadelphia, PA.
