TF Dental Sold to North American Dental Group

Blackford Dental Management, a holding company for dental support organizations and headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, sold its Georgia dental group, TF Dental, to North American Dental Group of New Castle, Pennsylvania.  TF Dental has six locations in the Atlanta metro area.  The six locations are operated under the names Actworth Center for Family Dentistry, Covington Center for Family Dentistry, McDonough Center for Family Dentistry, Hiram Family Dentistry, Stonewalk Family Dentistry in Alpharetta and Tech Dentistry in Atlanta.  Actworth, Covington, Stonewalk, Hiram and Tech are 10 operatory offices while McDonough Center for Family Dentistry has 28 operatories.
