Following the huge success of the first Scaling Up Group Dental Symposium DSO conference, plans are underway for a second event which is to be held November 9^th-11^th, 2016 at the historic Hilton Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, KY. Founded in 2015, Scaling Up was created for Dental Service Organizations all across the country to gather and share best practices and collaborate on the changing landscape of the dental industry. Leaders of dental organizations came together to discuss best practices in growth management, strategy, practice management, marketing and a variety of other topics. The key note speaker for the 2016 event will be Ryan Jordan, General Manager of Churchill Downs Racetrack. Ryan will be speaking on the changes the horse racing industry has undergone over the past two decades, and how a company can shift and remain successful despite industry changes. Experts in the fields of risk management, change management, practice valuation, care quality benefits, legal and regulatory guidelines, and brand management be presenting throughout the event. There will also be interactive breakout sessions for networking and idea sharing.
