Nina Lewis is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with over twenty years of experience in dental services management. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at ZimWorX since May 2024, she focuses on optimizing revenue processes to enhance financial performance.

Prior to joining ZimWorX, Nina held key positions, where she led initiatives that improved service delivery for dental support organizations, helped with overseeing operational efficiency over multiple markets and continued to mentor female leaders in the industry. Her career as an Independent Account Manager, where she honed her skills in client relations and account management from July 2019 to March 2024. Prior to that Nina worked in dental practices, contributing to the growth and many acquisitions.

Nina’s expertise lies in strategic operations, revenue cycle management, and team leadership, making her a valuable asset in the dental healthcare sector.

Nina stays busy with her two boys, Tavin and Ryder, along with her two Corgis, Stella and Reef.
