Marquee Dental is Making Big Moves Quickly

Marquee Dental is not wasting any time.  Jim Usdan, and the rest of the Marquee team,  put some of Chicago Pacific Founders’ 35 million dollar investment to work this week.  Marquee’s first acquisition is a big one.  Embassy Dental, a seven practice, multi-specialty group in the Nashville area is the first major affiliation for Marquee Dental Partners who is also based in Nashville, TN.  Marquee will retain Embassy’s staff and manage all of the non-clinical aspects of their practices.

Embassy Dental Founder Warren Melamed will remain with Marquee and focus his efforts on acquisitions.  According to Marquee, their focus on growth will be in the Mid-South which includes, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Each Embassy Dental office has a CEREC CAD/CAM unit which may indicate Marquee’s preference on technology progressive affiliations in the future.
