Dr. Anushka Gaglani, Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Dr. Anushka Gaglani is a co-founder, co-CEO, and visionary at Areo Dental Group. She and Dr. Nagaraj opened their first practice at the end of 2015 and enjoyed patient care and transforming patient experiences so much that Areo Dental Group’s core value is centered around same-day, quality comprehensive care, and stellar patient experiences. There is nothing she loves more than having a fearful patient love the dentist and supporting other dentists and team members to give patients the same type of experience.
Dr. Gaglani firmly believes that clinical autonomy should be in the hands of the dentist and that dentists should be continuously improving their skills. To that effect, she believes in extensive continuing education for all dentists and the team members who are instrumental to the success of the practice and the dentist. She especially has a passion for helping female dentists grow and prosper as clinicians.
Under her leadership, Areo Dental Group has been on the Inc 5000 4 years in a row, both national and regional. She has been interviewed on podcasts and, along with Dr Nagaraj, started her own podcast called Filling You In: A Podcast by A-squared.”
Dr. Gaglani is also very involved in Entrepreneur Organization, animal rescue and care, and enjoys spending time with her pets when she’s not focusing on the business.
Dr. Abhishek Nagaraj, Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Dr. Raj is an entrepreneur with a deep calling for dentistry as his primary focus. He is also a full arch Implant surgeon and helps mentor and develop his associate doctors into Super-GP’s by removing barriers to their success and empowering them to become elite clinicians over time. He envisions a world where dentists are in charge of their own destiny. Under his leadership- the practices have grown exponentially, and the doctors are empowered to become clinical leaders. He actively works with seasoned practice owners to help optimize their practices and become more profitable as well as create cultural and financial alignment to help their practices grow to even greater heights.
Dr. Raj is also into fitness and has a passion for reading business and self-development books. He enjoys his time with his dog and loves to travel and hike mountains with close friends and family in his spare time. He credits his parents for their sacrifices for him to immigrate to America when he was 23. His partner in crime (business) is also his partner in life and his Co-CEO.
