Largest DSO Welcomes A New state, 62 New Offices, and a New Vice President

Heartland Dental, the largest DSO in the country in terms of newly constructed dental offices and transition pathways (or affiliations) for existing ones, continues to grow. They added more than 15 newly supported dental offices during the month of September, including its first supported dental practice in the state of Oregon.  In fact, they have welcomed a total of 62 new offices thus far in 2018; 40 newly affiliated offices and 22 newly constructed dental offices year-to-date. The DSO now supports 1,300 dentists and more than 875 dental offices in 37 states nationwide.

During September, 16 offices joined the organization in the following 16 cities:

  • Happy Valley, OR
  • Denver and Littleton, CO
  • Midlothian, VA
  • Spokane, WA
  • San Antonio and Lubbock, TX
  • Orlando, St. Cloud, St. Augustine, Wesley Chapel, and Naples, FL
  • Indian Land and Lexington, SC
  • Fox Lake, IL
  • Oak Ridge TN

In addition to geographic growth, the executive management team is also growing. Nilesh Rajadhyax recently joined the organization as Vice President, Service Management.

Nilesh Rajadhyax

Rajadhyax brings over 12 years of experience in product development within the healthcare sector. His expertise centers on driving growth strategies in areas including, but not limited to, marketing, research, product testing and much more.

Prior to joining Heartland Dental, he was most recently Vice President of Healthcare Product, Analytics and Corporate Development for TransUnion LLC in Chicago. Prior to that, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Chicago and Palo Alto, CA. offices. Rajadhyax holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
