GPS Dental – Guided Practice Solutions – announced new partnerships and celebrated a significant milestone: the partnership of its 100th office.


Guardian Dentistry Partners expanded into New Jersey with the addition of Dr. Lu Gan, Smile Dental Care, Plainsboro Township, NJ. Founded in 2018 by a group of dentists and a family office, Guardian has expanded rapidly and now supports dental entrepreneurs in Alabama, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.


ProSmile Holdings LLC, a multi-specialty dental services organization (DSO) on the East Coast, has announced the successful acquisition of Destiny Dental, a move that expands ProSmile’s presence into Michigan, Illinois, and other Midwest states. Impression Dental Group, a Group Dentistry Now Emerging Group to Watch in 2024 winner, announced the acquisition of Complete Dental Care, led by Dr. Adam Keyes-Tilley. PDS Health added four new dental practices in August. The integrated healthcare support organization has added a total of 35 practices in 2024, demonstrating steady growth and continuing expansion. PDS Health now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states.


ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened their 103rd center in Edwardsville, IL. The location is led by Elfaith Eisq, BDS, MS and Daniel J. Pinkston, DDS.


The Smilist Dental, a DSO group with over 90 locations nationwide, acquired a dental group, Lakeview Dental Care of New Jersey. Lakeview Dental Care has six locations: Cherry Hill, Gibbsboro, Haddon Heights, Linwood, Washington Township and Marlton. Lakeview is led by Drs. Eric Forte and Jonathan Hill. The Smilist was founded in 2014 and has locations in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.


Imagen Dental Partners announced its expansion into Oklahoma, marking the organization’s entry into its 15th state. This significant milestone is highlighted by the partnerships with:


Bridge Dental Group announced a significant expansion in New Mexico with the addition of three new partner practices. This growth marks an important milestone in the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the region. They also added a practice in VA. Bridge Dental Group was founded in 2023 by dentist and entrepreneur Dr. Peter Theurer. The new locations are:


Specialized Dental Partners welcomed Dr. Karriem “Kai” Thurman and Elite Endodontics in Universal City, TX to their network. Founded in 2018, Specialized is headquartered in Irving, TX.


SGA Dental Partners announced its recent acquisition of Dr. James Wilson’s Stroud, Wilson, Thompson, McMurray Family Dentistry in Shelby, North Carolina. SGA Dental Partners is focused on serving communities in the Southeast United States through its network of over 125 general and specialty dentistry practices throughout the region, employing a shared-ownership model with its dentist partners.


Dental365 acquired Legacy Dental Services Organization, a Massachusetts group practice made up of four general dental practices and one TMJ/Facial Pain practice in the South Shore area of Boston. The offices acquired all operate under the Beyond Dental Health brand, and serve the communities of Abington, Cohasset, Hanson and Weymouth, MA.


Gen4 Dental Partners welcomed Dr. Ed White of White Family Dental and his two practice locations. Dr. White has been a dentist with over thirty years of experience serving the Elizabethtown and Central Pennsylvania communities.


U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) has secured four new partner practices, including one in New Hampshire, USOSM’s first partner practice in that state. The new partners are Granite State Oral Surgery in New Hampshire, Oral Surgery & Implant Associates of Greenville in South Carolina, Hattiesburg Oral Surgery & Implant Center in Mississippi and East Bay Oral Surgery in California. Collectively, they include seven surgeons and five locations across four states. With the new additions, USOSM now has 250 surgeon partners across 28 states.


Beacon Oral Specialists announced that it has entered strategic partnerships with two practices: Oral Surgery Partners and Vero Beach Surgical Arts.  These new partnerships expand Beacon’s presence in Florida and Southern California with five surgeons in four practice locations. With the agreements with Oral Surgery Partners and Vero Beach Surgical Arts, Beacon is partnered with more than 130 Oral Surgeons, practicing in 100 locations across 11 states.


Silver Creek Dental Partners announced that it has acquired Diane W. Sherman DMD located in Encinitas, CA. Silver Creek Dental Partners provides management services to general dentistry practices throughout California. Founded in 2020, they are headquartered in Dana Point, California.


MB2 Dental introduced fourteen new practices and welcomed 13 doctor partners across four states in the month of September, bringing their 2024 total practice count to 86. New locations:
