Dental Care Alliance sold to Harvest Partners

Quad-C Management, a leading middle market private equity firm, announced that the firm and its management partners have sold Dental Care Alliance (DCA) to New York-based private equity firm Harvest Partners, LP.

Quad-C Management initially acquired DCA back in May of 2012 with the existing management team of Mitch Olan , CEO and CFO Dave Nichols.  Under Quad-C Management revenues doubled through organic growth and the addition of 20 affiliate locations.

Dental Care Alliance currently supports 157 dental practices across 8 states.
