2020 ADSO SUMMIT POSTPONED AMID CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CONDITIONS

Press release from the ADSO Saturday, March 7, 2020:

After careful consideration and concern for the health and safety of our members, the Executive Committee and staff of the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO), have decided to postpone our annual summit that was scheduled to begin Wednesday, March 11 at National Harbor in Maryland. Earlier this week, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan declared a state of emergency after confirming three cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.

A number of registrants have already communicated their intention to cancel their travel based on employer travel restrictions and/or personal health concerns.  Furthermore, given the international nature of attendees that ADSO now attracts, we felt it was in the best interest of all attendees to postpone until there is more stability in the virus patterns.

We are in ongoing communications with the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center about the impact on room reservations and will distribute further information as soon as it is available.  In the meantime, if you have any questions of a more urgent nature, please contact (703) 940-3868.
