Dental Partners’ 18 Practices Acquired by Dynamic Dental Partners

Huron Capital announced that Melbourne, FL-based Dental Partners, LLC has been acquired by St. Petersburg, FL-based Dynamic Dental Partners Group (DDPG), a Huron Capital portfolio company. With this deal, DDPG now supports more than 50 dental office locations across six states.  Those 50-plus dental offices are located in Florida, Arizona, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia.  “We think this move is an important strategic step for DDPG,” said Biff Comte, CEO of DDPG. “It solidifies our presence in Florida, and expands the footprint into three new states.”

Founded by Todd Christie, Dental Partners is a dental support organization with 12 practices  in Tennessee, two in Kentucky, two in Florida and two in Georgia. Dental Partners was established in 2011 with the acquisition of a single practice in Tennessee and has grown to 18 practices via affiliation. Previously, Dr. Christie was founder, CEO and majority owner of Christie Dental, a Florida-based dental service organization that he started as a single practice and sold to American Dental Partners in 2009. Dr. Christie has joined DDPG as the EVP of Development where he will focus on driving clinical operations and acquisitions, while providing clinical leadership across DDPG’s platform.
