Bond Orthodontic Partners Announces First Practice to Join Platform
Bond Orthodontic Partners announced that Dr. Andrew Rosen of Andrew Rosen Orthodontics is the first partner-doctor to join the Bond platform with two practice locations operating for over 20 years in Tucson and Sierra Vista, Arizona. Bond Orthodontic Partners is an orthodontic partnership organization formed in 2021 that seeks to partner with leading independent orthodontists in the Western United States. Bond is led by Azar Zaidi who is the CEO and founder.

Long-established Falkirk dental practice sold to UK corporate operator.
Grahams Road Dental Surgery, which was brought to the market on a confidential basis in May 2021, received significant interest from a wide range of buyers, with over 20 enquires in the first 24 hours alone. With the high level of interest, a closing date was set just a few weeks after launch. Multiple competitive bids were received on the day, with the Partners accepting an offer from Portman Dental Care, one of the largest corporate operators. Grahams Road Dental Surgery is a mixed-income practice with six fully equipped surgeries, three hygiene surgeries, and circa 19,000 registered patients. Founded in 2009 by CEO Sam Waley-Cohen, Portman Dental Care currently has 200 dental practices across the UK, Ireland and Benelux, including 16 orthodontic Portman Smile Clinics, caring for over 700,000 patients.

Heartland Dental’s growth continues with 1650+ locations.
The DSO’s newest addition is Timothy Road Dental Care in Athens, GA. The group has grown to be the largest DSO in the U.S. Heartland was founded in 1997 by Rick Workman, DMD, who opened his first two dental offices in Effingham, IL. Patrick Bauer is the President and CEO.

Guardian Dentistry Partners Adds Two NYC Practices – latest partnerships expand “Big Apple” presence.
Further expanding its presence throughout America’s largest city, Guardian Dentistry Partners (GDP) announced new partnerships with two burgeoning New York City dental practices, East Tremont Dental and Levy Dental Arts. East Tremont Dental, located in the Bronx and led by Dr. Robert Steinberger, has for nearly 30 years provided general, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry services in the borough. Dr. Steinberger received his dental degree from NYU Dental School in 1989 and opened his Bronx dental practice four years later. The other NYC practice to join the Guardian Family, Levy Dental Arts, has operated from its W. 57th Street location in Manhattan since 1988. Dr. Uri Levy, a 1987 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, operates a five-dentist practice. {my}dentist Launches T hree New Orthodontic Practices.
The UK DSO has just invested over £1.3m in the launch of three brand new, purpose built {my}orthodontist practices; {my}orthodontist Grimsby, {my}dentist Scunthorpe and Kelham Island Smile Suite. {my}dentist has invested nearly £400,000 in both Grimsby and Scunthorpe’s new practices as well as over half a million pounds in Kelham Island Smile Suite practice. In addition, the opening of the new practices has created eight new jobs for dental nurses and reception staff in Grimsby, ten new roles in Scunthorpe and four new positions in Sheffield. {my}dentist is Europe’s largest dental organization with nearly 600 modern practices across the UK.

Peak Dental Services Welcomes New Practice Partner
Bloom Dental in Cedar Park Texas, led by Dr. Lee, is the latest partner to join the DSO. Recently, Peak Dental Services, with over 50 locations throughout Colorado and Texas, announced a new ownership package for all the organizations’ hygienists, honoring the importance of their hygiene team, with the opportunity to expand their financial goals within the company. Peak Dental Services was founded in 2008 by a dentist from small-town Minnesota, Dr. Douglas Peak, and his son A.J. Peak, a former McKinsey and Co. consultant. The DSO made the Inc. 5000 list for four years.

Premier Care Dental Management Acquires Top Rhode Island Dental Practice
Premier Care Dental Management announces further expansion in Rhode Island with their latest partnership with Eric George, DMD & Associates, located in Coventry, RI. The practice is now the 5th Premier Care Dental Management location in Rhode Island. Premier Care Dental Management offers support services to Dental and Dental Specialty offices, including Dental365, Leading Edge Oral Surgery and Beacon Dental Health. To date, the company provides support to 98 offices in five states – Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.

The Smilist Continues to Grow In New York and New Jersey
The Smilist Management, Inc. announced the affiliations of three dental practices within the Metro-NY region: Herald Square Dental and The Denture Center in Midtown Manhattan; Cedar Grove Dental in Somerset, NJ; and Goldman and Casanova Dental in Garden City, NY. Dr. Ian Pasch and Dr. Arthur Yam lead Herald Square Dental and The Denture Center. Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie and Dr. Anthony Molesphini lead Cedar Grove Dental. Dr. Bruce Goldman and Dr. Antonio Casanova lead Goldman and Casanova Dental. founded in 2014, The Smilist has rapidly grown, supporting over 45 offices with nearly 900 employees in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. OMS360 Expands into the State of Texas and Affiliates with Texas Oral Surgery Group.
OMS360 announced that it has completed an affiliation with Texas Oral Surgery Group. OMS360 is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Support Organization backed by Shore Capital Partners. OMS360’s affiliate network consists of practices throughout Georgia, Texas, Kentucky, and Alabama. Texas Oral Surgery Group is led by the team of Drs. Larry Stewart and Wayne Michael, boasting four practices located in Plano, Denton, Decatur, and Gainesville.

Southern Orthodontic Grows:

Partners with Dr. Jay Oltjen of Oltjen Orthodontics which marks SOP’s entry into the state of Kansas. Oltjen Orthodontics serves the surrounding communities of Kansas City with two practice locations in Olathe and Overland Park, KS.
Partners with Dr. Hani Thariani, and the team of TBraces. Dr. Thariani serves the Washington, DC community alongside Dr. Vincent Boyle at their locations in Arlington and Herndon, Virginia. TBraces joins SOP as the fifth partner practice in the state of Virginia.

Today’s Dental Network (TDN) Adds Contemporary Periodontics & Implant Dentistry to Partner Network.
TDN, a multi-specialty dental practice network and support organization to dental providers in Florida, has officially formed a partnership with Contemporary Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, in St. Petersburg, Florida, led by Michael R. Tesmer, DMD, MS. Contemporary Periodontics is the fifth periodontal practice in the TDN network and the first practice in the St. Petersburg, FL market, marking the company’s vision to expand both its specialty practice and geographical reach. TDN is led by CEO, Kevin Krause, DMD.

UK-based Riverdale Healthcare has announced its latest acquisition with the arrival of Prettygate Dental into the group.
Located in the historic town of Colchester in Essex, Prettygate Dental offers both NHS and private dental treatment to patients across the Southeast of England through its two practices. The new acquisitions will be clinically led by Neeraj Diddee as part of his new role as Group Clinical Director for Riverdale Healthcare. This latest acquisition takes Riverdale to 40 practices plus a dental laboratory. Riverdale Healthcare is a dental investment group which was formed in 2019, led by CEO Emma Barnes and backed by specialist healthcare investment fund, Apposite Capital.

U.S. Oral Surgery Management Announces Fourth Partnership in California
USOSM – a specialty management services company that exclusively serves oral and maxillofacial surgeons – just announced its fourth practice partnership in California. The new partnership is with George A. Maranon, DDS, MD, of Encino, near Los Angeles, California. Dr. Maranon has been treating patients in San Fernando Valley for more than 25 years. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, USOSM has partner practices spanning 19 states.

DCA Expands New York Footprint Through Affiliation with Helfner Family Dental
