‘Best Places to Work’ – A DSO Makes the List

While North Carolina is not known as the easiest place for a dental support organization to do business, one DSO has not only survived, but is thriving in the state. Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is one of the fastest growing multi-specialty dental practices in the Triangle.  It was also named to the Top 50 ‘Best Places to Work’ list by the Triangle Business Journal. Once nominated, a company had to meet a threshold in employee participation – a percentage that varies based upon the size of the company – to be eligible to be honored. Winners were chosen by an employee-survey process which was conducted by Quantum Workplace. Apparently the employees at Riccobene were extremely enthusiastic about their employer and made their thoughts and feelings known.

Riccobene offers their clients complimentary Starbucks coffee and hot cocoa, video games, and blankets.  Operating 12 offices in the Raleigh-Durham area, Riccobene is currently celebrating their 15th year in business.  They are passionate about their community involvement, donating to “Home For Love Children’s Home Orphanage” in Petionville, Haiti and the North Carolina Missions of Mercy (NCMOM) portable free dental clinics, an outreach program of the North Carolina Dental Society. They are also the official dentist of the Carolina Railhawks, and their new office near their stadium hosts joint boys and girls club activities and offers free dental care to children in need.

Riccobene Associates sponsored the 2016 Alhambra Pre Fourth of July party for The Mentally Challenged.
