Willamette Dental Group, a Northwest regional multi-specialty group dental practice and group dental insurance carrier, has received the Employee Voice Award for ‘Highest Level of Engagement’ for a medium-sized business (500-1,999 employees), from Quantum Workplace.

Employee engagement is the strength of the mental and emotional connection employees feel toward their places of work. Employee engagement affects just about every important element of an organization – profitability, revenues, client experience, employee turnover, talent acquisition, brand presence, market share, and workplace safety. Employees who are connected to their organization work harder, stay longer, and motivate others to do the same. Willamette Dental Group earned the award by focusing on employee satisfaction, including work-life balance, and benefits.

“This award shows that our hard work and efforts to be the employer of choice are paying off,” says Willamette Dental Group Chief Operating Officer Kristen Simmons. “We love our employees; they are the lifeblood of our organization.”
